Yeast Beta Glucan introduction:
Yeast beta-glucan, also known as dextran, is a polysaccharide substance that  exists  in  the  cell wall  of yeast.  It  has  a  higher molecular  weight  and  is  linked  together  in  a  variety  of ways, including beta-1, 3-glucan and beta-1, 6-glucan.
Yeast beta-glucan is made of fresh saccharomyces cerevisiae as raw material, refined by modern bioengineering  technology  such  as  autolysis,  enzymatic  hydrolysis,  separation,  washing  and drying, and the content of yeast β-glucan can reach more than 80%.
