Product Description:
L-Carnosine is a small molecule dipeptide composed of two amino acids β-alanine and L-histidine. It is widely found in skeletal muscle, heart, brain and other nerve tissues in the body. A natural antioxidant. Potential antioxidant and anti-glycosylation activity. 

Applications:
1. L-Carnosine is not only non-toxic, but also has strong antioxidant properties, so it has attracted widespread attention as a new type of food additive and pharmaceutical reagent. L-Carnosine participates in the peroxidation reaction in the cell. In addition to inhibiting the peroxidation process of the cell membrane, it can also inhibit the related peroxidation reaction in the cell.
2. As a cosmetic product, L-Carnosine has anti-oxidative properties and is a natural antioxidant that can remove reactive oxygen species (ROS) and α-β unsaturated aldehydes formed by excessive oxidation of fatty acids in cell membranes during oxidative stress.
3. L-Carnosine has a significant inhibitory effect on lipid oxidation caused by free radicals and metal ions. L-Carnosine can inhibit fat oxidation and protect meat color in meat processing. L-Carnosine and phytic acid resist beef oxidation. Adding 0.9g/kg L-Carnosine to the diet can improve meat color and oxidative stability of skeletal muscle, and has a synergistic effect with vitamin E.
4. Used in cosmetics, it can prevent skin aging and skin whitening. L-Carnosine can prevent the appearance of absorption or atomic groups, and can oxidize other substances in the human body.
